(1) In addition to the exemptions, facilities, concessions or protections provided in this Act, the foreign-invested industries will also be provided with the exemptions, facilities or concessions available in accordance with the prevailing Industrial Business Act and other prevailing laws.
(2) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-section (1), the foreign-invested industries shall not be provided with the facility that sick industries receive as per prevailing laws.
